Katie Bardaro, Director of Data Analytics and Lead Economist
Katie Bardaro is the lead economist and data analytics director for PayScale.com. Katie has provided analysis on compensation data and trends for print/online and broadcast media including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Economist, CNBC, CNN Money, USA Today, Forbes, CBS Radio, Fox Business Network, and Business Insider, among others. In addition to the research done for media outlets, Katie leads the data science team at PayScale, which is responsible for internal data validity studies, data hygiene, and building and maintaining PayScale’s proprietary compensation model. She holds a bachelor’s in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a master’s in economics from University of Washington.
Lydia Frank, Director of Editorial and Marketing
Lydia Frank is the Editorial & Marketing Director for PayScale.com. While at PayScale, she has collaborated with a number of media partners—The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Today Show, Money Magazine, The Huffington Post, Business Insider, The Chronicle of Higher Education—to showcase PayScale’s data around topics like college alumni career outcomes, the gender pay gap and underemployment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and previously led editorial teams for both MSN.com and About.com, covering topics including careers, education, technology and personal finance.
Aubrey Bach
Aubrey Bach is the Marketing Manager at PayScale.com where she oversees the publication of PayScale’s content about salary, higher education and career strategy to help individuals better understand and increase their personal worth and earn the incomes they deserve. She is a recovering Diet Coke addict who grew up on the mean streets of Orange County, CA, but since coming to Seattle in 2007 has embraced everything the city has to offer (except, of course, the weather).
